It is not uncommon to find cityscapes develop on the canvas of many artists; however, Ramakrishna adds a newer dimension to it by piecing together tiny connected compartments in a continuous line like a jigsaw puzzle. The packing of these pieces is tight perhaps speaking to space constraints of the city. The bright palette may be representative of the glare of neon lights.
